We understand that sometimes plans change. However, to manage our schedule effectively and offer the best service to all clients, we require at least 18 hours notice for any cancellations. If you need to cancel a session and fail to provide the required notice, you will be charged 50% of the fee for the time booked.
To maximize the efficiency of every tutoring session, I recommend that all clients email their study questions or topics at least 12 hours prior to the appointment. This allows me to prepare thoroughly and ensure that you receive the most effective assistance during your session.
